By introducing glass fibers into the cementitious mix, pre cast stone elements can be made in a hollow core, lightweight manner. The fibers provide reinforcement to the matrix, allowing for a thin wall fabrication. Strength requirements are met. The ability to form and replicate fine architectural details is not compromised. Desired finish is not affected.
